We were very happy with Judy's service relocating my mum's cat to a new home in Wellington. Judy arrived punctually on the day of travel, and we received confirmation that mum's cat had been delivered to her new home by mid afternoon. It was a long trip but was done really efficiently. We were really happy with this service it solved an issue for us. Judy was also able to help us at short notice, which really helped.

Judy Elu looked after my booking and was absolutely fabulous. Great communication the whole way through and kept me updated with photos and texts. A very reasonable price also. 4 stars because....Picked up our little dog 2 hours early, so he ended up 4+ hours in the van. Wasn't at destination when we arrived - had to wait about 20 mins. Pleasant driver and looked after the dog very well.

One of the most genuine company I’ve ever dealt with. They transported my 9 weeks old puppy from Dunedin to Auckland safe and sound. I’m very pleased they took a really good care of all their ‘passengers’, provided them with a clean and comfortable environment especially for a long road trip. Really impressed with this service. Pick up points were close and collection/ delivery timing spot on. My pup was very calm when he arrived and the other animals in the trailer were settled. He was handled gently and carefully which was great to witness.

However, it's positive to hear that alternative platform like Wise Move provided a more efficient communication channel. It's also reassuring to know that closer to the pick-up date, the carrier's communication improved markedly, which likely helped in finalizing the details of my booking.
