Fantastic communication and more than willing to change their schedule to work around my sudden hospitalisation. Only downside was a little paint damage to the motorbike from the tiedowns rubbing on the bike paintwork. A cut and polish should largely fix one side, but the other will need some touch up paint. In spite of this, I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks, Paul.
