Prompt quote and great communication. Top Movers were able to move our piano from Auckland to rural Northland within a couple of days. Price was much lower than other quotes. Movers were very friendly and helpful to find a way to get the piano around the house and into the room we wanted when it didn’t fit through the narrow hallway. Highly recommend Top Movers.

I could not be happier with the service from this company. It felt like a risk engaging them to deliver my piano as they had fewer reviews than others but out of the three moving companies that delivered goods for me in January. (just moved countries) they were easily the best. Highlights for me were: - Consistently prompt, professional and friendly communication. - I asked for the move to happen at a specific date and time, and it did. The movers were on time and ready to go, no excuses needed. - They took great care of the piano, including when I wasn't there to see - I looked in the truck when it arrived and it was fully wrapped in blankets before being tied down. I'll never move with anyone else.

Good prompt communication and arrived on time. There was some difficulty with getting the piano up the entry stairs to the house even though we had specified the house had stairs to enter. Had to provide assistance to get piano in. Some minor damage to entry stairs but piano arrived safely without damage so overall job was completed.

Unfortunately while rolling the trolley down the step, the wheel slipped off the edge. No external damage as piano was still on the trolley upon impact but it did make the sound of a falling piano. The impact would not have been good for the piano! Hopefully no internal fractures. But will likely mean more than one retuning required. :( Discussed with our delivery person and he appeared puzzled and did not seem to understand how fragile pianos are. He said there was no damage and asked that I send him photos of damage. I was told that the move is NOT covered by insurance. I appreciate that accidents happen. So if you're precious about your piano, I suggest you get professional piano movers with insurance.

Communication and people are ok and willing to listen and help. But I would Not say this is a professional piano mover. My baby grand piano got delivered and just left there for the owner to put back the legs on and there’s no way for the owner(s) to put back the legs themselves. A professional piano movers should get the piano delivered AND put on the legs for the owner before they leave. Luck I managed to call some help otherwise would be terrible having the piano laying there without legs. Overall they can do better ! !

Movers were suppose to call prior to arriving to discuss the driveway. They didn’t and drove up, wrapping up the driveway with a 10 point turn, and deforming a hedge with the truck.
