We specialise in full-house furniture moving, office relocations, either big or small, and intercity deliveries covering the entire South Island, including Nelson, Queenstown, and many other small towns along the way. Pack and Go Freight Ltd does not take any responsibility for any damages that occur during the move. We advise that customers package their goods in a way that minimises any damages, and our team will do all it takes to ensure we are careful with customers' goods and deliver them in good condition.
We advise customers to package items like TVs, bikes, and any appliances in boxes. We will cover items with blankets as well, but customers must do most of the packaging properly.
If a customer wishes to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, they should do so 5 days prior to their move by calling us directly to advise. Changes in time or date should be communicated also 3 days before the move.
We may ask customers to pay a deposit for their move immediately after accepting the quote to secure their move. For all other jobs we require customer to pay a day before the date of the move.
