I got my sofa-bed.
Lack of communication at the end. Delivery late after 8pm just before it got dark as we approach daylight savings ending.
Was asked for more money because the 'seller's information re stairs was lacking'. I refused request for more money. I was still paying full price for later delivery and lack of communication about that not being able to get through phone went to voicemail I thought my sofabed wasn't coming, it was getting darker, 8pm and was worried. I think $130 as quoted for one sofa-bed to travel a half-hour journey is expensive anyway and maybe there needs to be transparency re pricing as I was suspicious at the start they had just charged a random price not based on any evidence of rates. My sofa-bed was second-hand off Marketplace and cost me $130, the delivery contractors quoted me...$130. Interesting don't you think. I received other quotes. All a lot dearer, eg $180, $230 (more than sofa-bed) maybe there needs to be regulation in this independent contractor industry.
