Communication is key for us and our drivers will call or text when we are on our way. Sometimes it's hard to give exact ETA's as we get held up on the road but once we know we will always let you the customer know. Our vehicles have blankets straps and trolleys and we take the most upright care with your goods but due to the nature of the different freight we collect goods will travel at owners' risk.
