Hi Alex, bit disappointed in your review to be honest, we booked this in for you then bike was not ready, then we put it into our next run to your area for pick up and bike was available, our correspondence throughout this booking clearly explained the time frame for relocation once bike was made available.
We did explain once we could confirm a delivery day to your customer we would call direct, once this became clear we did try and reach him but did not answer nor an answer phone option, then we did connect with him.
We are not a courier but a transport company, once bike is available (Tauranga is only serviced weekly then Hawkes Bay every two weeks) we get a bike moving as soon as is logistically possible in a timely manner which is relevant of cost, thank you.
