We have weekly deliveries for Trade Me purchases throughout the North Island, and fortnightly deliveries to anywhere in New Zealand.
We have trucks in various sizes, ranging from 8 cubic meters to 85 cubic meters, to accommodate any size of load, from a single item to a 5-bedroom house.
Terms & Conditions:
Our minimum charge is 1 hour, with subsequent charges billed in 30-minute increments. We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, or internet banking on trucks. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and secure access (driveway, pathway, parking, etc.) to the property. An additional charge of $60.00 per item will apply for any extra-heavy or oversize items, such as pool tables or pianos. Customers must inform us in advance if they have any items of this nature. Customers must also inform us of any bridges on the way to the property and any weight restrictions on those bridges at the time of booking. If the access is difficult, we may need to use trailers or an extra moving team, incurring additional costs that the customer must cover.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days for hourly price jobs, you will incur a minimum fee of 3 hours. For fixed price jobs, the full amount will be forfeited. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, half of the above-mentioned fees will be forfeited. Full payment is required upon completion or before, depending on the conditions outlined above. Failure to pay on time will result in a late fee of $100.00 + GST, with additional charges of $500.00 every 24 hours.
Any accounts in default will be referred to third-party debt collectors, and the defaulter will be responsible for all associated costs.
Unless specified, all prices quoted are exclusive of GST and are for 2 men and a truck. All goods are carried at the owner's risk, so please ensure that you have insurance organized. You must organize your own insurance.
The company does not take liability for any broken glass or non-functioning electrical appliances after transit, unless they were factory-packed.
If a second vehicle is used in a small truck or trailer due to limited capacity or weight restrictions on a bridge, the hourly rate will apply, and all additional costs will be charged to the customer, regardless of it being a fixed price or hourly job.
If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to delay the customer's booking by up to 2 hours without waiving any fees. If the delay is longer than 2 hours, the customer will be notified, and an agreement will be reached at the company's discretion.
Any misconduct or unacceptable behavior towards our staff members may result in the termination of the customer's booking at the company's discretion.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the same bank account from which the payment originated.
