ABOUT -
We are literally a family moving team based in Mt Roskill and using our HIGH ROOF VAN and COVERED CAGED TRAILER to do MOVING JOBS PART-TIME as a FAMILY SIDE HUSTLE. We can provide 1 family mover or 7 family movers to help with your move. Every family mover has been trained and has experience with a variety of roles from lifting, carrying, spotting, protecting, helping with moving gear to holding doors.
We specialize in AFTER-HOURS WEEKDAY moves and WEEKEND moves, including EXTRA EARLY and EXTRA LATE moves to fit around family work, school and sports games and trainings.

HISTORY -
Including Taki's jobs, he has completed under Coach Moving who specialize in one person jobs, we have successfully completed over 150 moving jobs as a family from a single chair to a slate billiard table and everything in between.
We also have several years building experience which helps to problem solve and be able to get the tricky jobs done.

1) WEEKENDS (SATURDAYS) -
Saturday mornings (9:00-11:30am pick ups)
Saturday afternoons (4:00-4:30pm pick up)
Saturday evenings (8:00-8:30pm pick up)

2) WEEKENDS (SUNDAYS) -
Sunday mornings (9:00-9:30am pick up)
Sunday afternoons (3:00-3:30pm pick up)
Sunday evenings (7:30-8:00pm pick up)

3) WEEKDAYS (AFTER HOURS) -
Mon-Fri afternoons (5:00-5:30pm pick up) (After work)
Mon-Fri evenings (8:00-8:30pm pick up) (After trainings/games)

We have a bit of flexibility outside these days & times. All times are approximate and need to be confirmed prior to booking.

Our quote is for listed items only. We use our high roof van and covered caged trailer
Please let us know any additional items and quantity of each item to be moved that are not listed in the job listing. Any additional items may be charged up front as additional to our original quote. We also need to confirm items will fit.

QUOTE FOR MOVING ONLY -
Our quote is for moving only. All dismantling, disassembling and reassembling, wrapping, boxing, packaging and covering to be done by customer prior to pick up.
We provide moving trolleys and dolleys, moving blankets, sheets, towels and tie downs as required to move and protect items during moving and transit.

COMMUNICATIONS (WESBSITE ONLY) -
As we deal with several moving jobs all at the same time with potentially multiple contacts for each job, we REQUIRE all our initial communications be done through the WEBSITE MESSAGES ONLY. If you prefer txt or calls, then we're not the carrier for you. We do not txt before moving day and we do not pass info over phone calls. Using the website messages allows us to keep a written record of info and link all communications to their specific job, so they don't get forgotten or lost amongst a multiple txt messages for a multiple of jobs.

We will communicate via txt on the day of the move. Please send through any mobile numbers for pick up and drop off if we don't have them yet.

We are pleased to offer a FIXED QUOTE for your move based on your inventory list and the other specific details you have provided. Our price will probably never be the lowest you get offered, but our client reviews speak volumes about the service you can expect of us.

When comparing other offers, please be aware that if it mentions an overtime rate then it is not a quote but just an estimate. Our price is fixed and includes a truck with two guys plus wrap and blankets as required to protect delicate items. As the owner, I attend all jobs, to ensure a personal and professional service delivery.

We don't charge a booking fee nor do we charge a cancellation fee. We take payment on completion by cash or bank transfer.

We have $250,000 per load of carriers insurance and $2M of Public Liability insurance, so your goods are well covered for risk.

We hope we can be of service to you but please note we accept bookings on a first confirmed, first booked basis. At any one time we may have multiple quotes out for the same day so we encourage you to book as early as possible to secure your move date.
