To be frank, I was deeply disappointed with the move that occurred on April 21st. Despite my efforts to communicate in person and ensure everyone was aware of the workload beforehand, I received no inquiries about the specifics of the town house (three floorings) we were going to moved to. Given that it's common knowledge that most four-bedroom houses span multiple floors, this oversight was surprising.
I dedicated myself to supporting the team in working efficiently, but unloading mainly boxes took an unexpectedly long time, stretching from 9 am to 11:40 am. The movers struggled with tasks such as removing the washing machine, eventually resorting to seeking my husband's assistance, which led to further complications as they left it leaking.
This experience was also marked by what felt like excessive morning and pre-lunch tea breaks, leaving the impression that only a couple of individuals were actively engaged in the work. As someone who values fairness, I felt compelled to express my concerns.
Adding to my disappointment, my friends and I were enlisted to help unload boxes, and one of the movers even mishandled a box. The team seemed hesitant to navigate items upstairs, prompting me to plead with them to distribute some belongings to the kitchen or bedrooms.
Supervising the uploading process left me feeling anxious and disheartened, particularly when my honesty and kindness seemed to be disregarded. I was even questioned about why I hadn't disclosed the layout of our three-floor townhouse, which felt humiliating.
Presently, most of the boxes remain in the garage, while the house remains cluttered with furniture scattered about.
I wouldn't hire this team again.

After all the hard work and extra effort to move most of their belongings to the 3rd floor, we received this feedback at the end – very disappointing!
The items listed on the inventory list when the job was booked were not even half of what we were asked to move on the day. Despite this, we still shifted their items that were not listed on the original job list. The job listed on Wisemove was highly misleading as it did not mention that the drop off location was on the 3rd floor, neither in the listing nor during communication in person prior to moving day. It is not reasonable for us to magically know that their house has 3 or 4 storeys unless it is mentioned in the job, which was not the case here. Despite the extra work involved, we did not charge them any extra fees, yet they remain unhappy.
Furthermore, while we were loading the truck, they were still packing additional boxes, which continued until we had finished loading most of their other belongings onto the truck. This obviously took extra time as there were initially only 20 boxes but ended up being 50 at the end. As for supervision, it is understandable to ask which floor the belongings should be placed on when they are being unloaded from the truck. As for the washing machine, we had to unplug the water intakes before loading it onto the truck. Of course, there would be some leftover water in the pipes, which would come out somewhere. However, this was wrongly blamed on us. How is that fair?
We recommend providing correct and accurate information before booking any services to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved. We hope to avoid any misleading jobs in the future and will definitely warn our colleagues at Wisemove to be cautious.
Happy days!
