Great to be able to book last minute due to cancellation with original movers due to covid, and to be able to do the whole move in one trip! Great communication and professionalism, stacking into storage unit was perfect and they were able to make everything fit safely

These boys were lovely and definitely took care in wrapping some of the furniture. They also were flexible when I changed the amount of things I needed moved. However I had some very large plants that I had booked as they were too large to move myself. Unfortunately one very large cactus wasn’t tied on down in the truck and had fallen on its side on arrival. It had broken branches and was severely damaged. Another very large plant tipped over as they were trying to move it out of the house. I ended up having to take it out of the pot altogether as they couldn’t manage it in the pot as it was so large. This unfortunately did not make the trip, the entire head of the cactus broke off leaving only the trunk. I also had a small cabinet that was disassembled when it arrived. I could not reassemble this and am unsure why they took it apart as it was small, could easily fit anywhere without being disassembled. This went in the bin. They also dropped muddy plant water right across our carpet as they carried a plant out. I would understand this given it is a plant. However they didn’t mention it to me so by the time I saw it it had set in and I needed to have the carpet professionally cleaned.
It’s a hard review to write because I appreciated the help and the care they took with certain things. I also appreciated their attitudes. But I wouldn’t use them again as I wouldn’t be sure my things would be handled with care. Not from lack of professionalism, but perhaps lack of correct equipment to get the job done well.

They came not prepared and arrived an hour and a half late. Had no gears to wrap anything. They spoke in their own language all the time. They kicked the furniture. The truck left bad ruts on the grass, not to mention oil that was spilled in the driveway. They demanded the payment on the spot, although my employer was paying for it. They then sent emails to my employer saying that the payment was overdue. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My rimu dressing table has a big scratch on the top of it.
My white bed base is now very dirty. They did okay. It would have been better if they had swept their truck out first and taken better care of our goods.
They did not converse with us only amongst themselves in there own language.

Easy to deal with

Very glad we got them to help us with the move. Their truck is huge

“Handle with Care”. The individual movers were friendly enough, the cost was competitive, however I would be cautious about using the service again, because:
- They called to request a change in moving date the day before.
- They arrived 1.5hrs late (no prior communication about the delay, or apology)
- They jeopardised my storage bond by not moving their truck, or being courteous to others, who were trying to access the storage facility.
- English was their second language, which meant items were placed in the wrong location at times (not a biggie for me, but could be an issue for others).

Feedback received, but no comments left.

Great expierence exept it was a bit diffiult with communiation. I had to heavily chase up times and ETAs as there was no proative communiation.

The guys did exactly what I wanted, it’s not their fault the fridge/freezer wouldn’t fit in the door. I took off the fridge doors and got it inside myself but Galinder did exactly what I asked for. Cheers guys! and thanks very very much for delivering my fridge promptly and safely. Highly recommend.🙂

Very pleased with all aspects of their service. We would definitely use again.

I had to initiate communication to ascertain what time to expect collection. When they arrived they didn’t have enough manpower so had to wait for another bloke to arrive. At delivery address there were only 2 staff/men so we had to help bring piano & other stuff in. Not what I was expecting nor what I paid for. Rather disheartened after reading such great reviews.
