Great service. I'm very happy that they were able to transport the outdoor plants!
Only down side was the lack of communication - only communication was to confirm the date and time of pick-up/delivery, there was no communication on the day to confirm arrival.

Arrived early and took good care of all my furniture. Worked efficiently and I was very happy with the job.

They came on time, and did a very good job. Done it quickly, and also communicated at the start quite well.
There was a little bit of a confusion as to the call I had compared to the messages regarding extra boxes, but we worked it out.
We got a call straight after the job was completed, and we had to pay to a person's account rather than a business name. No invoice, but I'm happy the job is completed. They work hard.

Absolutely brilliant. Communicated very well the day after the booking, and they arrived earlier than scheduled. Took care of the items very well and very professional in dealing. They were very very very helpful. Will go with them again next time!

Very smooth move. The team was on time and the moving process was straightforward. Only niggle was that they preferred payment in cash, despite the booking information saying that bank transfer was available.

The best I have dealt with by far. Respectful and courteous of goods while moving. Fast work on loading and unloading. Very good company for a great price! Definitely recommend this company ☺️

The movers were amazing! They tackled all of our issues with a ‘can do’ & very professional attitude. They did a thorough job and kept all items in good nick.
They problem solved a few tricky instances such as a bed needing to be hoisted to a second floor as an example. We settled house on one property and went straight into our new property, so getting access in time to deliver was touch and go, but they managed to use up the time by putting the second load of goods all into the garage so I could complete the cleaning. Service with a smile and I would very highly recommend their services. Thank you.

Had an extremely difficult job moving our house (65 stairs down to the road). They did an amazing job

Made the request very clear about how much stuff there was to move. They ended up giving up by 3pm. Had to do 4 van loads ourselves which is not the intention when hire movers.

We had difficult access from the house we moved from with a steep driveway and steps.

The movers were not happy about it. Kind of fair enough but also that’s kind of your job…

After some initial hesitation we got the move completed in good time.

The company were flexible with waiting an hour or so until our new house settled before we could unload the load of furniture at our destination.

Thank you for all your help today for Harry and team, it was a very tricky job which I had underestimated and the guys went above and beyond.

These guys moved my four bedroom house, got it all done quickly without a problem. Great workers and would recommend and definitely use them in the future. Hard workers. Thanks guys!

Communication was good and they arrived on time. Price was one of the cheapest we were quoted. However, the driver was difficult and wouldn’t listen when we said to stop reversing on the drive as he couldn’t get the truck up and took 15mins before he finally listened. The movers damaged several items (we only a small amount to start with) during the move. They bent a leg on a buffet cabinet, smashed a lamp shade and damaged our washing machine. They were unable to give an invoice and asked us to pay cash or eftpos on the spot which we were unimpressed with as we would have negotiated given the damage and stress of the move.

Move was very efficient. They moved the contents of our studio apartment including a large tv and large speakers.

Cheerful, and got the job done.
Communication with the actual movers on the day was sometimes difficult as not all of them spoke English. I did not know this at the start of the move. They struggled with the size and weight of the furniture. I had to dismantle the beds as they appeared not to know how to do this.
Overall, the work was well coordinated when it came to getting the goods on and off to the truck. They were a cheerful coordinated team.

Big moving day, everyone kept going until 9.30pm (I was third job of day) and they came back later for a few things that didn’t fit in the last load . Great communication and everything well looked after!
