Service was good. Unfortunately I did book a 4+ bedroom move (did all our own outside furniture and garden shed so that was not needed to be done) was quoted $949 which I was happy with. But after done my invoice is $1349 so a lot more than expected only took 5.5 hours. 😩😩😩

Inexperienced movers, two out of three staff (including the owner) did a terrible job and took no pride in delivering a good service.
Damage to walls, damage to washing machine (repair cost >$238), bent couch leg, damaged motorcycle engine, damaged daybed.

According to our records, and as you mentioned, only your stairs wall paint got a few scratches due to the lack of space for manoeuvring around the big items and the knob to your washing machine was lost, which we provided a resolution for by offering to paint your wall or cover the scratches. So, we discounted your services to make your experience more enjoyable. Although it wasn't our responsibility - and FYI, it's not something any local mover would take responsibility for - you wrote about other, unknown damages and claims which we weren't made aware of. Great guys and worked tirelessly to move all our stuff into our new home. Some items were not read for info - eg keep upright, but on the whole items were carefully placed and moved so very little damage to items.
Overall I would definitely recommend Jas and his guys.
