According to our records, and as you mentioned, only your stairs wall paint got a few scratches due to the lack of space for manoeuvring around the big items and the knob to your washing machine was lost, which we provided a resolution for by offering to paint your wall or cover the scratches. So, we discounted your services to make your experience more enjoyable. Although it wasn't our responsibility - and FYI, it's not something any local mover would take responsibility for - you wrote about other, unknown damages and claims which we weren't made aware of.
