Just to clarify for future potential customers, we picked up the bike at the agreed time and messaged to notify shortly after. The delivery delay, which everyone was up to date on, was due to an address mix-up on another job that stated wellington as the address when it was in Martinborough resulting in a 2-3 hour detour.

Fantastic communication and more than willing to change their schedule to work around my sudden hospitalisation.
Only downside was a little paint damage to the motorbike from the tiedowns rubbing on the bike paintwork. A cut and polish should largely fix one side, but the other will need some touch up paint. In spite of this, I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks, Paul.
