My van was damaged during loading (sills were bent/deformed). Driver pretended nothing had happened. Company did not get back to me to try to rectify the situation or compensate me for the damage. Stay away.

We did reply to your email, that was threatening!! and as we said in the email we sent back that damage was not done by us. We have had no issues in the past with jobs.

My buggy got picked up from the vendor and delivered to the workshop, so overall that's good. The communication was OK, but not as good as the other carrier I have used - but as everything got done then I guess it was sufficient. But it could have been better given that I am overseas and was trying to co-ordinate timing with three different parties (the sender, the receiver, and the transporter). Yes, I would use this carrier again but I would get on the phone a lot more.
