Received quote. Accepted quote. Sent contact details also by txt. Assumed job confirmed. Did not arrive. When contacted by mobile advised he was unaware of the booking. To be fair he did explain he had been unwell and may have missed it. Many good reviews so maybe just a one-off.

The absolute worst experience. We called the mover the evening before to confirm the arrival time. On the morning of the move, he cancelled the booking and he did so via this website, without even the courtesy of a phone call or a text. When trying to get in touch with him to confirm the cancellation, we discovered he had blocked our phone number rather than speak to us. A horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this mover at all costs.

Ive cancelled this move as everybody aware the situation now a days , I wasnt feel good had bit of fever and stuff , customer should understand for you and my own safety, I recommend to check my rating and feedback that talks. He mustve found an expensive one than what I offer .

We did our best we could we used blankets for the care of goods so not sure why you rating 8,
Everything were fine . You guys decided to bring the couch and bed from the balcony so we used ropes and that's the only way to bring big stuff down they actually cant fit through the stairs .

Our goods arrived well looked after and at the time and date specified, which was great! We had issues with the timing of the collection which was really messy. We also had to wait a couple of weeks while the truck was filled with other deliveries for Wellington, which was fine, but the delay wasn't explained at the time of booking. Better communication and the clearance would've been awesome.

Great team of removalists. They arrived with 2 vans and the whole move was easy and pain free. They were even happy to make a second pick up spot to collect a heavy table for us which we really appreciated!! Thank you to the team :)
