This is possibly the worst moving experience I have ever had. I would not ever use Trust Movers again let alone "Trust" them. They exploited a young woman with a poor grasp of the English language forcing her to pay more than 3 times the quoted price, she was then too intimidated to object and paid . They have not wanted to come to any resolution and are nothing short of scam artists. I have operated my own businesses for over 10 years and would not ever think to behave in the manner Trust Movers have - immoral and conniving

Disappointed that the movers were surprised to find out we had a chiller to be moved, despite providing photos. They seemed inexperienced about moving it and it was damaged in the process. Apart from that they were friendly!

Hi Isabel,Thanks for your rating. We were aware of this scenario as our team wasn't surprised about the chiller. They were surprised about where it had to go. The access at the delivery point wasn't explained properly as the doorway we had to take the commercial fridge through was too low. During the move, if we had to force it to fit, it would have caused damage to your fridge, which unfortunately happened in the end. We were not happy about this either. Having full information regarding the move is very important to us and to our team members.
