Nick went above and beyond the call of duty, he responded promptly, he was friendly and most of all took wonderful care of the precious cargo he was transporting, which was a much loved cat. While I'm unable to travel due to health concerns, I couldn't have felt more at ease having put that in his hands and I was just so relieved to know he really genuinely cared about the quality of Alfies journey.
