Communication was excellent. They kept me updated on their ETA and arrived exactly when they said they would. The loading was incredible, they managed to move a very heavy fridge down a tricky set of stairs without a dent in either the fridge or the wall. They took the utmost care during the move and the fridge arrived without a scratch on it. They were friendly and professional and made the experience smooth and easy. I will definitely be using them again and can happily recommend them to anyone needing their services.
