Right choice of moving company to help with furniture removal! They did an awesome job.

The movers themselves were very nice and efficient. However the seller and I were both frustrated with the process of trying to organise a time for pick up and delivery. We were not able to make any other plans as we didn’t know when it was going to happen. The seller had the item picked up mid morning, I was waiting around all day till the mid afternoon.

Their pick up was excellent and quick.

Didn't always communicate when they said they would. Tried to up the price from the quote when they arrived with delivery. Damaged my stairs a bit.

Great communication (though required some negotiation over the agreed pickup time which I could have done without). The movers were AMAZING; polite, fast, careful. I would definitely use Wise Move again. Highly recommend.

Poor communication. I explained my delivery needed to go down a driveway and into a warehouse. On drop off I was told the truck doesn’t go down driveways greater than 5degrees nor do they go into warehouses. I had to arrange and pay for a second company to complete the job. If these two points had been explained prior to booking I wouldn’t have proceeded. My delivery sat at the top of my drive for three days. Unfortunately no compensation.
