The quote we provided was based on the list of items you supplied. This list was confirmed by you twice—once via Wise Move and again via email.
Our movers delivered all items from the list you provided without charging anything extra.
Our team mentioned that there were four individuals present at the property who appeared intoxicated . Despite this, our movers remained professional and ensured everything was delivered to your new address as per the agreed terms.
While we strive to provide excellent service, negative feedback about undisclosed information or added items is disappointing, especially when we went beyond the agreed terms without additional charges.

Hi, I am very upset about the movers the damage they caused when they moved my 5 year old fridge. It is now leaking water non stop. I was hoping it was just a drip tray or something but it is still leaking badly on the 5th day of being at the new address. They made us leave the flat at 2/70 Cliff View drive while they moved our belongings. They turned up earlier than the time given, did not get all the things out and made a bigger mess than any other mover has in the past. I am very annoyed at the way they treated my belongings and would not reccomend these movers to anyone. I am sorry for the negative feed back but they were honestly useless and very unproffesional. 😟🥺😭
