I had a great experience overall with Rapid Transport Services. Despite only booking a van and driver, the driver offered to help me load and unload without charging extra. The only negatives I would mention are that the van arrived 40 minutes earlier than the advised window and that my bedside drawer, which still had loose items in it, was placed on its back in the van which caused the items inside to be piled up in the back of the drawers.
