They were efficient and super careful with all of my boxes and furniture, and even managed to get the kitchen table around two tight corners in the house. Good prompt communication and arrived on time. There was some difficulty with getting the piano up the entry stairs to the house even though we had specified the house had stairs to enter. Had to provide assistance to get piano in. Some minor damage to entry stairs but piano arrived safely without damage so overall job was completed.
