No communication, I have had to chase to know what time the couch to be delivered ( even when they picked up, no comms that it was pick up-the store let me know). The time of pick up and drop the couch between 9-10am, and couldn't get hold and heard back at 11am and said couched has been picked up and will drop off later. No set time again, so chase and finally said between 1-2pm, arrived at 230pm. First and last.

Our aim is always to adhere strictly to our scheduled times, but unfortunately, traffic delays affected our punctuality on that day.
