As the most cost effective transportation option for our Suzuki I was a little apprehensive but absolutely no complaints. Delivery was advised to be either Tues or Weds afternoon and after I called to check the update was advised that it was Weds. Which was fine, my only suggestion would be communication at the delivery end wasn't quite up to expectations but for the price - no complaints.

Communication prior to accepting quote was great. As soon as quote accepted I hardly heard anything from them. They told me during quote process that it would arrive in Hamilton on Tuesday so I booked it in to the engineer for Wednesday. The Ute didn’t show up until Thursday and I had to chase them up to find out what the story was. When I did, the person I spoke to was very rude about the public holiday on Monday “obviously causing the delay”. It’s not like the public holiday just magically appeared, this should’ve been accounted for prior to telling me the Ute would arrive on Tuesday. Ute arrived on site absolutely filthy with road grime. Overall not great service at all, I’d recommend if you’re looking at this company you keep looking!!!

Yip the 2 ladies at reception need education in manners and friendlyness It's not hard for most to greet customer's with a good morning and smile instead of whispering to each other at my expense, little did they know my dad had just passed away so a smile and being friendly would have made my day.. but in saying this Chloe whom we doubt with did a good job.

They originally delivered the wrong car - same model and colour but a different car - they were really good about it but it did take a few weeks for the right one to arrive, think we would have got it much quicker if they had the right one

A good reliable service

Job was completed within 7 days as stated on their quote but there was no communication regarding when it was collected and I had to call to schedule delivery.
Delivery driver was excellent, friendly and helpful and my van was taken care of.
I would use them again but know not to expect regular updates.
