Parks were very effective and communicated very well with me. Despite a phone call indicating pick up was to be the week beginning 24th March, pick up was during the week of the 31st March. However, the driver was very professional and the car was loaded quickly in spite of very heavy rain. Recommended to anyone who may need a car transporting.

Transport was delayed several times and often they didn't know where our vehicle was and contact with driver was not available to confirm collection time or even day. In the end we collected half way to its destination.

When accepted quote from AKL-CHC, pick up date was approx 2-3 weeks away (I had selected flexible time for quote so next time would select 'asap' but not actually confident the time frame would've been much better & I wonder whether I might just've been simply charged more?). No contact from Parks regarding delivery, so contacted them on the afternoon of the last day of the delivery window & it felt like vehicle would not have been delivered if I had not called them to chase up. Vehicle appeared to have no damage from transport. Might use Parks again but equally might use a company with better feedback rating as price wasn't horrendously different & theoretically should get better service (including delivery timeframe?).

Company continuosly promised to called us back to finalize details and never returned a call. We called several times just to be told the person we needed to speak to was on another call and would call us back. After never getting a call back I insisted they put me on hold till the manager was available, it was only then i was able to have my questions anwered and a timeline laid out. But again on follow up calls we were promised on at least three different days that they would call us back and never did. We were on a time crunch as we were moving from Queenstown to Christchurch and needed a car moved. When we got the invoice the dates given was pick up 10th delivery 12th, the invoice was paid on the 5th we then.......... our landlord to call us on the 13th, concerned because the car was still there in Queenstown. When we booked we were told the car would be in Christchurch by the 12th. We than called the company, lucky enough to get someone on the phone to help us, this was the only time we received a call back. They told us they would get the car removed that day at least to a separate site so our landlord could at least move her new tenants in. But they were unable to deliver the car till the 20th a full 8 days after the agreed dates, as the car had no rego or wof I had organized with a garage to do work on the car to get it road legal and booked a trailer to take it to the garage on the 17th both bookings i then had to cancel and lucky without any fees being charged. Did I mention??? I was also on Holiday after the stress of the move to Christchurch so that also really sucked to have to stress about this stuff and make those calls while we were trying to decompress. Would never recommend or return to using this company.

The delivery was delayed a week, I only found out as it didn't turn up.
No issues with the delivery driver.

Driver who dropped off the vehicle was very professional and helpful.
