Hi Mark,

Thank you for the rating. I can see you have given an 8 for Care of Goods but haven't specified the reason. Could you please let me know why we could not score a 10? We loaded the vehicle in Waihi in front of you and your wife while you were at the steering wheel and delivered them to Auckland without any damage. The boys at the workshop had been very helpful as well and they drove it away after off loading.

Please let us know so we can look into this. We are a small business and unjustified ratings can adversely affect our overall rating. Our customers look at our ratings before booking jobs. So any unjustified ratings are unfair to be honest.

I have received the rating from you. Could you please explain the reasons we could not make it to 10 ratings for Communication, Punctuality and professionalism.
We had a very good communication and agreed time for the pick up. Could you please help us understand what you needed us to do better so we can look into this.
Pleas advise what was lacking in our professionalism. The overall score we received is 8.5 but without justification.
We work hard and ensure to provide best customer service to everyone. We are a small family business operation and the ratings do makes a lot of difference and any low ratings without justification doesn't quite help us to look into this further.

Thank you for the review; however, could you please help me understand why you scored me a 8 on the care of goods? We picked up and delivered the vehicle without any damages. Can you specify what went wrong? There was a pre-existing broken tail light when the vehicle was in Turners yard. Apart from that, could you explain what other issues there were?

I kept you updated with all the changes in delivery times and also communicated with Jack. Please could you explain what else could have been done for us to score a 10?

Punctuality: 6
Bruce, I understand it could not be delivered on Saturday as promised; however, you were not picking up your phone, so I informed Jack, and he confirmed there was no rush. My truck experienced mechanical issues, and the engine check lights came on. I had to rearrange my other jobs in Auckland and utilised my bigger truck to make this delivery; however, I had to take a break in Turangi on Sunday night due to driver fatigue. We ensure our driver's safety is the first priority. This was communicated to Jack, and I messaged you. I fail to understand why you would penalise us when your team was informed.

Please let us know which areas you found us lacking in professionalism so we can work on it.

We take a lot of care and responsibility for all the vehicles we carry, and when it was delivered you have not mentioned to us about a lack of care.
