Thank you for the review; however, could you please help me understand why you scored me a 8 on the care of goods? We picked up and delivered the vehicle without any damages. Can you specify what went wrong? There was a pre-existing broken tail light when the vehicle was in Turners yard. Apart from that, could you explain what other issues there were?

Bruce, I understand it could not be delivered on Saturday as promised; however, you were not picking up your phone, so I informed Jack, and he confirmed there was no rush. My truck experienced mechanical issues, and the engine check lights came on. I had to rearrange my other jobs in Auckland and utilised my bigger truck to make this delivery; however, I had to take a break in Turangi on Sunday night due to driver fatigue. We ensure our driver's safety is the first priority. This was communicated to Jack, and I messaged you. I fail to understand why you would penalise us when your team was informed.
