Could you please advise what went wrong with your vehicle when we delivered it in early July? We take a lot of care and responsibility for all the vehicles we carry, and when it was delivered you have not mentioned to us about a lack of care.

Please note all the feedback we receive from customers does have an impact on our small business. Could you please provide more details on care of goods and which areas of professionalism we lacked so we can review them?

Thank you for your review. However, I am concerned about the ratings you have given us as I want to make sure I fully understand your feedback.

Care of goods - 8: Could you please explain why you gave this rating? Loading your vehicle with a body kit attached took approximately 40 minutes, during which we were very careful to avoid any damages. Similarly, it took us around 30 minutes to unload the vehicle while you were present. I also showed you the pre-existing damages, which you were aware of. We take great care in handling our customers' goods and it would be helpful to know why you gave us an 8 for this category.

Professionalism - 6: I am sorry to hear that you found us lacking in professionalism. Can you please provide more details so I can address any concerns? Based on our text messages and phone calls, I couldn't find any instances of unprofessionalism. It would be helpful for me to know what specifically made you give us a rating of 6.

Punctuality - 6: I understand that I was supposed to pick up and deliver your vehicle to a workshop in Auckland on the same day. However, due to heavy traffic, my truck was delayed in West Auckland. I communicated this to you and you agreed to leave your vehicle overnight and have it delivered the next morning by 10:45 am. The truck arrived at the drop off point at 10:35 am. I believe it is unfair to give me a rating of 6 for punctuality unless you can clarify why you think this rating is appropriate.

Communication - 8: I apologize for being late. Before I could find a safe place to pull over and call you, you had already called me to check on my status. Thank you for giving us a rating of 8 for communication, and I do not wish to dispute this.
