I have received the rating from you. Could you please explain the reasons we could not make it to 10 ratings for Communication, Punctuality and professionalism.
We had a very good communication and agreed time for the pick up. Could you please help us understand what you needed us to do better so we can look into this.
Pleas advise what was lacking in our professionalism. The overall score we received is 8.5 but without justification.
We work hard and ensure to provide best customer service to everyone. We are a small family business operation and the ratings do makes a lot of difference and any low ratings without justification doesn't quite help us to look into this further.

Could you please provide details so I can look into this for you.

Thank you for the review; however, could you please help me understand why you scored me a 8 on the care of goods? We picked up and delivered the vehicle without any damages. Can you specify what went wrong? There was a pre-existing broken tail light when the vehicle was in Turners yard. Apart from that, could you explain what other issues there were?

I kept you updated with all the changes in delivery times and also communicated with Jack. Please could you explain what else could have been done for us to score a 10?

Punctuality: 6
Bruce, I understand it could not be delivered on Saturday as promised; however, you were not picking up your phone, so I informed Jack, and he confirmed there was no rush. My truck experienced mechanical issues, and the engine check lights came on. I had to rearrange my other jobs in Auckland and utilised my bigger truck to make this delivery; however, I had to take a break in Turangi on Sunday night due to driver fatigue. We ensure our driver's safety is the first priority. This was communicated to Jack, and I messaged you. I fail to understand why you would penalise us when your team was informed.

Professionalism: 8
Please let us know which areas you found us lacking in professionalism so we can work on it.

We are a small business, and the ratings do make a difference; any unjustified poor rating is unfair.

Could you please advise what went wrong with your vehicle when we delivered it in early July? We take a lot of care and responsibility for all the vehicles we carry, and when it was delivered you have not mentioned to us about a lack of care.
