"Sprung at last minute" You sprung everyday by changing your moving day backwards and forward and we still accommodate you. Mentioned less items to move and expect movers to take everything is against the guideline of this page and expect free service does not work like this.

Mr Hao, it was an absolute disgrace to deal with you.

There was a delay in reaching your location due to peak hour traffic on the day. This was notified and updated to you the day prior, and you were absolutely okay with that.

At the time of delivering your washing machine upstairs, you requested our team remove the old washer and place it downstairs, despite the narrow access via stairs, with the excuse that you did not have anyone to assist. However, our team informed you of an extra charge for moving your old washer downstairs inside the house, as this was not part of the original job you had booked at Wise Move online.

You again pressured our team to do it voluntarily, which they declined.

Based on this, you gave us your incorrect feedback, which means nothing to us.

I urge other carriers on this platform to confirm any extra services required prior to quoting this customer.
