Company had little to no communication before the move, despite multiple efforts. They pitched up late on the day. Only took around 70% of the household content. We still did around 10 loads with the car, a trailer and a UTE. Most of all, the spa bath was not taken. The biggest headache of all. I paid them in full and they promised to take the spa and other equipment the next day. Eventually, I had to organise it myself and finish the house and almost all the outdoor stuff after many empty promises. The mover only returned less than 50% of the spa cost I Paid.

I assume the mover underquoted me (despite me stating a 4 bedroom house, with stairs, boxes and a clear requirement for the spa bath), and therefore the appalling engagement. But that should not be my problem. I arranged a mover to take care of the headache. However this caused more stress than what I would have had If I just prepared and did it myself. Extremely disappointed. Will not use this service again.

Terrible service, arrived 2 hours late for a 3 hour job. Didn’t come equipped with a correct size vehicle. Despite getting an extra van to do the job, they still didn’t complete the job - I still have 2 items to collect because the movers couldn’t take the last 2 items. Still charged the full price though.. all round, very disappointing.

Communication was ok, although asked to pickup the day I placed the order which was not the instructions left on the website and didn’t seem to have my number either, please be sure to send this information to your movers as this was not the deliverers fault as they handled it with grace and the utmost care, I will be using this service again in future
