Good service, on time and good communication. Was expecting two people for moving furniture as I had to help with carrying my bed etc but otherwise good.

Initially communication was great, super responsive on the site. I chose this mover as they said they were available to collect the good at the time in enquired for.
However, on the day, close to agreed time, they reach out and ask if it’s possible pick up and deliver approximately three hours later. It was pure luck both parties were available to do so. Then, it was delivered in the rain, and rather than check to see if the vehicle could come down my driveway (which most can) wheeled in down on a dolly, uncovered. Also didn’t message as specified in the original booking to text when they were on the way.

All in all, not the worst.

I got the item on the day we had agreed, but I wouldn’t be comfortable recommending, or booking with them again.

Nz Packers and Movers were perfect in all aspects of this job. The job was very efficiently done. Comms with Nav were excellent, they were very friendly and courteous, and they were very respectful of our property. We recommend them absolutely and will use them again for future removal jobs.
