Damaged our machine and tried to lie and say he didn't but have it on camera. Won't take any responsibility for it and had now said it's customer loading and unloading and insurance is our problem. Didn't say any of this upfront. Dishonest and lied. How do you manage a business when you operate like that

Firstly, you haven't paid for our service, and secondly, you are being dishonest. You took our service for free, and now you are trying to save your money by making up stories to avoid payment.
We have called you many times, but you haven't replied and are attempting to make accusations to not pay.
Nothing happened to the machine, as we delivered it in good condition.
Good luck with the money you are supposed to pay us.
