Hi there, thank you for the review, but we are really surprised by it as we delivered on the same day at the exact time we mentioned and called an hour before as you requested, to drop it off at the neighbour's garage.

That's a really unfair review as we put all your stuff inside the house, but your sofa bed was bigger than the door size of your room, so it was not possible to take it inside the room without dismantling it. We put in all our efforts, so the disappointing review is really disheartening.

Really disappointed with the star rating, especially when we did this job with full effort and care.

Please tell a truthful story about your experience buying items from Trade Me. The seller hid the true condition of the bookshelf, making you believe it was in better state than it was. When you went to pick it up, it had many marks on it, which the seller claimed you were already aware of, and now they are blaming us.

This job is significantly underquoted at $199 for 197km, but we are still trying to make you happy. However, rather than expressing gratitude, you have given us several negative reviews.
