We were on a tight deadline to move, and although I specifically asked if the timeline could not be met, I would go with another moving company. They assured me they would be on time. Arrived an hour late and then stopped to have pizza while our staff unpacked the truck.

To ensure a smooth process, we provided an extra mover at no additional cost. Regarding the short break, our team did seek permission from your staff before taking it. However, we were not informed that your staff would be assisting with the unloading, and we certainly did not expect them to do so.
