Absolutely appalling organisation and service. A simple request for a single item move was met by a total failure of process and my item was not picked up on the scheduled day. Rather than offer any compensation for this failure of service, their best offer was squeezing me in at 8am on a Saturday morning. Having taken time off work for the originally agreed time, what seemed like a good price proved expensive. It is easy to see where they were cutting costs.

Yes Michael the communication breakdown was my issue due to me unfortunately having To have the day off . I thought all was in place , but obviously not . I apologise for the hassle and inconvenience this has caused you , but i am pleased my team could accommodate your move early the next morning to get it completed .
