The men who moved my stuff were extremely friendly and kind and took the upmost care with my stuff, only thing was communication at the start of the booking was a little off but they definitely turned up to the plate and did a great job I would recommend 👍

Mr Mover did a great job for a very reasonable price. Overall very happy and would use again.

The Mr. Mover team was absolutely phenomenal! They were professional, efficient, and handled every item with incredible care. Their friendliness and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful day an absolute breeze. While it was occasionally hard to get a hold of them to confirm timing, their outstanding service more than made up for it. They truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Hi, we had agreed a date for student furniture to be moved from Dunedin to Christchurch, and had arranged for the respective landlords to be present when the furniture was being pick up and likewise delivered. About 5 days before that date, I received an email saying the furniture was being picked up and delivered 4 days earlier. On urgently contacting them, they said the agreed date could not be done as there was no van/truck available. This was super inconvenient and one landlord was not happy about the change. Move however did go well with good communication, apart from the unhappy landlord complaining that the movers had banged the sliding door and also made a small dent in the bedroom wall. Marked down for communication and professionalism due to the change of dates at the last minute with no flexibility.

Overall happy with service- the return from repair was a bit of a problem as message wasn't viewed/actioned so our customer was a little concerned as he hadnt received sofa back yet. Worked out in the end though so thank you.
