Hi, we had agreed a date for student furniture to be moved from Dunedin to Christchurch, and had arranged for the respective landlords to be present when the furniture was being pick up and likewise delivered. About 5 days before that date, I received an email saying the furniture was being picked up and delivered 4 days earlier. On urgently contacting them, they said the agreed date could not be done as there was no van/truck available. This was super inconvenient and one landlord was not happy about the change. Move however did go well with good communication, apart from the unhappy landlord complaining that the movers had banged the sliding door and also made a small dent in the bedroom wall. Marked down for communication and professionalism due to the change of dates at the last minute with no flexibility.
