It was the worst experience I've ever had from a moving company! They left ALL my 3-bedroom house at the storage entrance at 7 pm, claiming it was too hard to put on the lift and walk it through the corridor.

I've agreed to pay $1000 extra as they said the volume was more significant than what was quoted (That part was okay-ish. Although it was a 3-bedroom house, not stuffed... They could have come to check)—a total of $3700 for a three bed from Auckland to Wellington (In storage). The nightmare came as they didn't stop calling me during the day (I was working and having important meetings) just to ask me to change the storage to driveway access (And I've tried multiple times). All of that to leave my stuff at the storage entrance. TOTALY NOT RECOMMEND.

Phil and the guys were just amazing. Great pre-pick up communication, accurate pricing. They totally took the stress out of moving day, arriving with their calm, reassuring no fuss approach. Polite, respectful, efficient and organized. Delivery to the new house was on time and items were placed with care and consideration in the right rooms of the house. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will 100% use them if we ever move again!

Phil moved a piano from Whanganui to Omokoroa for me. I was really pleased with the level of communication and the timetable he offered... and the piano arrived when expected in great condition. He'd taken good care of it. Thanks Phil.

Highly recommend MoveStuff Ltd, the guys were professional and well organized, managed to fit everything in as I had extra items. Moved from Tauranga to Christchurch. Picked up Wednesday arrived at new house Thursday.. Absolutely outstanding

Phil and boys delivered as promised. When weather put a spanner in the works, he was quick to contact me to discuss a plan B. Always friendly and accommodating. I added some extra boxes at the last minute, and this too was no problem for them. He even made a detour to deliver some furniture at another venue. Will use them again.
