Friendly, quick and careful. Notably, we had a very late settlement with delayed access to where we were off-loading, Grant and his team were very accomodating and removed any stress around this by communicating that they would stay as long as was required to finish, and then doing so ( at same price and properly - I.e everything went where needed, no just dumping it in the garage).
