Brilliant team from Mighty Movers. Communication was in point, they called to see if they could arrive early. They took instructions in what was to be moved with professionalism and understood what to do. Took charge and I was okay to let them do what they needed to do withought worry.

The move was very quick and nothing was wrong, broken or lost.

Cannot fault anything they did right up until the end.

Highly recommend if you need something moved and have nothing to worry about if you also have a million other things to worry about on the move day. They take care of things with ease.

Was quoted a differnt price for 3 guys but on the day was told a more exspensive price with only two guys. Had no other option but to use them as I need to move that day. Not the greatest

We appreciate all reviews Paula, but in fairness negative reviews need to tell the complete story. Your post listed 11 items only and despite being an apartment to apartment move using lifts and long walks, we quoted $350 for two guys or an extra $100 for a third guy simply to watch the truck. We offered to close the truck up each loading to save you the extra cost. But when we arrived, you asked us to move something like 50 banana boxes of items and other non-listed items in addition to the listed items. We negotiated to increase the price to $500 and you agreed, so we loaded and unloaded everything you requested. Our estimate of quantity was 17.5m3. It took us 4.5 hours due to the long walking distances. We even agreed to your request to ride in the truck to your new apartment. We did it all with a smile and without incident or risk to your items, so it is disheartening to read your review, which infers we unfairly increased our quoted price. I think we were very fair and that you got absolute value for money, but we are sorry that you did not think so.

The best movers we’ve ever experienced; Brent and Benji were fabulous!
Brent ensured there was excellent communication prior to and throughout our move, setting clear expectations and an easy pricing structure. The team then arrived on time and had such a high work ethic, they never stopped til everything was moved, installed and in the right place.
Some feat for a five-bedroom house with garden furniture and a garage, etc
Nothing was too much for them, they were incredibly professional and polite - and we would always choose them if we need to move again in the future. Brent is an absolute superstar - thank you!!
