Organised for a bed and couch to be moved up from different locations in Wellington. Last minute they decided to not pick up the bed, and shifted the blame to me for not taking appropriate time to navigate typical Wellington streets in a truck (gave the address with ample warning). Communication was fine leading up to the move, but heard nothing about approximate timing and despite numerous calls and messages to request further details, this was not provided in a timely way. The couch was in fine condition but communication was disappointing.

Last minute less than 24 hrs before we were advided bed can be picked up only before 8:45 am being long distance its not easy to change the whole plan and inform at same time but we did once we knew its possible We organised an earlier pickup
2. Your access for couch was very tricky and our driver took longer route nearly got stuck took a lot of time and got pickup for couch done. It was via cable car which was informed after booking .
3. We sent 2 men you booked one due to cable car access on no extra cost
4. Your bed address is not accessible for bigger truck
So when we told this we got absued
We cannot do your bed pickup and have refunded the bed charges
We don’t take in abuses and misconduct its unacceptable behaviour
