Multiple phone calls from myself for updates as the delivery date kept slipping out and very few responses. I'm happy with the bike arriving undamaged but the commination was poor unfortunately.

Shit service, no communication, cover turned up destroyed drivers denied they knew anything about it have sent before and after photos with no reply

Car arrived damaged underneath.
Factory stock unlowered car.
Pics day of loading and on the arrival trailer prove their fault. Clear cut.
I expect professionals to load their transporter without damaging the vehicle.
$500 insurance excess right there.
Ending up being expensive, slow, and hassle of repair.
You can't trust them to not damage your car, use someone else.
Beware, this is a shell trading name, designed to hide the individuals from accountability

The office staff were very helpful.
However when the vehicle was dropped off the person delivering it demanded the remaining amount outstanding for shifting the vehicle in cash.
He got very demanding. We did not pay him and paid the outstanding amount into the provided account.
This was not a nice experience.

I understand it was over Xmas and NY.. but all you needed to do was communicate effectively and I would have been fine. Please don’t make your customers chase you up when they don’t hear anything for weeks.

Car turn up fine, no issues. I just didn’t know where it was for two weeks after it was picked up.

Communication was really poor took days to respond sometimes not even respond nor given dates of shutdown for holiday period when delivery was asked for ASAP and also when asked for delivery date would get no response. Also storage and care was poor

Absolutely horrible communication from this company, if you are thinking to book your car with this company because they are cheaper than others, then DON’T!! They promised to deliver my car within a week and it took them 4 weeks to deliver it. I tried to call them a dozen times but they wouldn’t answer my calls. I sent them emails but no replies unless I contacted wisemove then they would reply to my emails. WiseMove is a 10/10 but mainland is a 0/10.

The Mainland Transport team collected the car promptly however bad weather forced some ferry cancellations which delayed arrival into Wellington. Whilst I said there was no rush for delivery, the delay could have been communicated better rather than me having to email to find out what was going on. Overall tho, it's a minor grumble so it's an 8/10 and I'd definitely use again 👍👍

I would avoid this company at all costs!
They towed a caravan from Blenheim to Auckland for us and when it arrived the jockey wheel was destroyed and A-frame of the trailer completely bent out of shape.
We got a warrant on it just before being collected so, despite Mainland Transport drivers refusing to take responsibility, we know for certain the damage happened in transit.
The driver repeatedly smashed the jockey wheel with a hammer to try and get it down at our house to the point the hammer handle snapped.
Communication was appalling throughout the booking but worst of all after repeatedly calling, texting and emailing them to inform them of the damage, they have not answered or replied once.
They may be affordable but it’s not worth it if your goods are significantly damaged causing lots of insurance admin, repairs and holiday delays.

Comms could have been a bit better, but pick up and delivery were on time as promised.
