Messaged me saying he is offering a lowered price but hiked it back up without informing me. Terrible communication, Did not wrap in blankets as I requested, I would not use again.

It wasn't us who messaged you; it was Wisemove. Whenever a carrier updates their quote, Wisemove sends a message to the customer.
I offered a lower quote but later updated my quote as it was not worthwhile, and clearly, you didn't see the new quote before accepting.
The price cannot be changed once the booking has been made, which clearly means you accepted the new price we quoted, so it's not our fault.
You should have communicated this before accepting the quote, and we could have lowered it.
There is not a single message where you mentioned that you needed packing/wrapping.
Regarding communication, we always sent you texts and kept you updated, but you never wanted to communicate if you were unhappy with something and were waiting to put everything in the review.
