A straightforward move that wasn't time critical. Collection was as arranged, drop off was just a few days later and all for a very competitive price.

Fabulous dealing with Wise Move. I purchased a dining table from Christchurch to be delivered to Mt Maunganui.
Whole process was smooth and hassle free. Item arrived in half the time expected. Arrived in perfect condition. Cost effective way to transport a single piece of furniture. Highly recommend.

Load carriers were excellent.

Picked up a .ojntian bike from Cromwell and got it to Auckland within a week and it arrived in perfect condition.

Overall good deal

Communiation wasn't great. We had a pick up day scheduled and they rang the day before to say they were 20mins away (no good for us as bed hadn't been disassembled). A quick phone call and it was sorted and they then picked up as per original schedule. However, at the other end we were again given a day/time for delivery drop off but they didn't show up and I had to contact them. They then said it would be tomorrow which is was. Friendly people but a bit disorganised re communication. I understand things can change but it's important to inform the customers.

Disappointed that a late addition to delivery of a bench seat doubled the cost - $249 to $499 - a 60 /70% addition would have been considered fair.

Very hard workers. Had to move a car and a last minute inclement weather front hit - despite very understandable road delays communication was clear and pickup / delivery still happened within the promised timeframe windows. Couldn't ask for more.

Lack of communication, massively as we had to contact them a lot to find out what was happening. Punctuality was not good at all on either end keep getting delayed and this wasnt well communicated. Some items came damaged.

Absolutely amazing service! The team delivered our couch after a very long drive and, despite being clearly tired, they still helped us carry it all the way upstairs into the living room without any complaints. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond. Truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend them!
