Would have liked better communication around pick up/drop off times as was given a very vauge time for pick up so was waiting for quite awhile and the only given ~15 mins heads up for drop off. Once they arrived they were very efficient, helpful and professional though. Thank you. Overall pleased

The service from the office lady was excellent without her assistance i would not have managed to book the delivery as i have not booked a carrier before. I have had problems with my computer which has made it most difficult to communicate with making this booking as there is no phone number to use to speak to anyone would be my most frustrating comment other wise the service from Paul and his prompt delivery was excellent. Very good and helpful communication throughout just using the messages on Wisemove but used phone/text when about to pick and deliver. Pick up and Delivery were when arranged. Moving a mattress and base – delivered fine. Overall, a good experience.

Being a first time user of Wisemove, and subsequently Load Carrier, the company I chose to transport a Leather Couch from Auckland to Wellington, I cannot speak highly enough, of how wonderful my very first experience has been, with both of them, and whatsmore, I will be regaling their invaluable help and their utmost professionalism to everybody, not to mention, the friendliness and clear communication, that were both unwaivering, throughout the entire process!!!

It was perfect timing upon enquiring they could pick up our stuff on that same day and arrived 2 days after as initially planned. Great communication with Paul. I could only give 2 stars in regards to care of goods as quite a few of our fragile glass stuff had been broken. I wish they have wrapped our couch with a thick plastic for better protection.
