I feel it is not professional to not have good communication. Although I did receive my good not me or the seller knew what was happening they dont keep you informed and takes long to reply. You can not let people know that you are 40min away if it is after 6pm whit ni prior communication

Great service. The team dealt with a broken down truck enroute to Auckland. They managed this and were able to deliver the pew shortly thereafter. Thank you very much!

I only had a single item brought up to Auckland from Christchurch but it was a good price so happy with that. Communication was great up to the delivery day when it didn’t arrive and no communication to let me know it wasn’t coming. However it did turn up the following day so all good.

Had a quote within 30 mins and they had picked up my boxes within the hour. Wanaka to Wellington in 2 days. Amazing service and great price. Very positive first time using wise move. Would definitely use Load Carrier again.

As I've mentioned several times already,
everything was great!!
The only downside was that the drivers swept out the back of the truck leaving a mess at our neighbours which we had to go clean up.
That one ill-considered action was the only fault - everything else was really good!!

Lovely guys, did their best on a difficult driveway.
Worked hard even though it was hot.
Friendly, furniture arrived safely.
