Kiwi Moving and Storage were outstanding. The actual moving was spot on - a difficult and heavy safe up multiple stairs that needed to be wiggled into the right place - and they did it really well.

What made them outstanding was their communication and care. They were genuinely interested in getting it right. They even handled a grumpy neighbour with professionalism.

I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Unfortunately while rolling the trolley down the step, the wheel slipped off the edge. No external damage as piano was still on the trolley upon impact but it did make the sound of a falling piano. The impact would not have been good for the piano! Hopefully no internal fractures. But will likely mean more than one retuning required. :(

Discussed with our delivery person and he appeared puzzled and did not seem to understand how fragile pianos are. He said there was no damage and asked that I send him photos of damage.

I was told that the move is NOT covered by insurance. I appreciate that accidents happen. So if you're precious about your piano, I suggest you get professional piano movers with insurance.

Great service, problem-solving and communication with my piano move.

Pricey but got the spa moved in one piece on time and at short notice.

They were good to work with, and the price was right!

Communication was a little flaky, but we were trying to coordinate with a seller to move a bed, so my case was more complicated with back and forth schedule coordination.

I'd use their services again if I need to move bulky items

Mandeep was friendly and communicated everything well. He was at pickup when he was meant to be and dropped the fridge off when he said he would. I couldn't be more satisfied with how easy the whole experience was.
