Communication was terrible, it worked out in the end but I was left thinking the company was a scam, I thought WiseMove would be the communicators, but just the introducers, so left with limited communication with a House Moving Company that are not geared up for communications efficiently (no tracking etc).
Price seemed fair though, and the guys that actually delivered the parcel were Professional and courteous, and also called 15mins before the actually delivery.
IF the communication was better, I would recommend, but I had to keep calling to find out what was happening (when they would pick up, when they would deliver etc).

Your pickup was scheduled for a time and day however your pickup person didn’t pickup any calls we still went but no one was home
Without any additional charge we did your pickup again.
But cannot see anything about that in review.
We don’t provide tracking numbers as we are not a courier company. Never did we say we will provide a tracking number. You were calling to check for updates for your piece of mind that is why we have toll free number.
Also communication can be said as bad if we don’t advise you however we did.
When you accepted our quote you can clearly see we are furniture moving company. We work very professionally so we would request an honest review instead.
We delivered in 2-3 working days that too interisland and within almost a week of your booking.
