Nice fella just Needs to communicate better and be punctual.

Spa pool was delivered on time and in full. A commitment to refund $250 if the HIAB was not used (which it wasn’t) was not honoured. Very unprofessional.

Needs to work on communicating with customers re delivery times or hold ups effecting delivery, this pickup and delivery has been a day late

I've been in a tricky situation being in hospital through all this, would of preferred some better communication regarding how long it would take, timings, regular updates
But car arrived back 2 days after pick up

Really need to work on your timing!

Communication poor wouldn't answer my calls said he would meet me 4pm then 7pm ended up being 10pm off loaded my camper in pitch dark took me ages to sort out the coupling and lights got home at 12oclock at night I wasn't happy
