Never again will I use this service. Daughters bed damaged and need to replace headboard (if I can). My antique 4 poster also damaged and on one post is structurally damaged. Scratched daughters bike. Were throwing bed slats on bed of the truck. Damaged lino in house moved from which will affect bond. Not one apology! Waited for a ph call from company on Monday - nothing, so called them followed by email. No care or respect whatsoever for our furniture. Didn't even move everything so had to not only move boxes prior to time due to them being so late, but also further back and forth to get what they didn't move. Absolutely gut wrenching and emotional experience.

We apologise for the experience you had and hence I looked into the matter urgently.
On checking, firstly my team politely asked you if you are okay to move the job to 10am, which you said you were okay with. My team reached around 10:15 for the job and still to cover up, I had 4 movers instead of 2 to help with the loading with myself present on the job to make sure everything was on time.
I did the dismantling of the bed and there was no damage done to the beds or floor by my team. We even agreed to take extra items such as plants at no extra cost.
My team also helped moving furniture to the rooms and asked if anything else was needed. If something was missed such as the handle for washing machine, they got back to the pick up location and got the stuff.
As per the agreed quote, only the bed required dismantling. But my team agreed to dismantle the table due to restricted access. However, since they were not aware about the dismantling of table, they did not know what screws it had and what tools they will need. They only had the tools for the bed. They tried using your tools but it did not work. They still asked you if they should push the table in which might cause damage but you asked them to leave it outside then.
We have used high quality moving blankets and straps to secure the items during the transit. Since I was myself present at the job, we cannot take liability of any damage that was already there.
Out of all the jobs we have done, we have never received any damage complaint as we always take extra care during the move.
