Communication from base was a bit slow as the pickup and delivery was quite fast, occuring before questions answered, I expected a delay as mentioned on their booking confirmation but it all happened very quickly within 2 days which is great! I will use Wise Move and the carrier again and do recommend using this service🚚👍

Bike was damaged but can't be 100% sure if this was done during move or unreported by seller. The box did have dents in it however.

Freight plus wouldn't answer their phone or call back. One of the 2 numbers emailed to me was incorrect and not connected. After 2 weeks of ignoring my emails I contacted wise move and they told me they hadn't picked it up because their van had broken down. I had paid $300 for door to door delivery - they insisted the seller had to drop it off to their depot. When I asked if there would be a drop in price wise move said it wasn't their problem. Delivery then took another 2 weeks and they said I had to come pick it up. Would have been same price to fly up and pick it up myself and way quicker.

Freight Plus emailed us after the item was picked up to tell us the item was larger than the dimensions we had provided and asked for more money. The issue here was that their measurements were wrong, we knew this was the case as their measurements did not make sense. We confirmed this was incorrectly measured when it arrived.

Other than this issue the goods arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition.
