The moving staff seemed rushed and inexperienced, and didn't take much care with the furniture on delivery. They dropped the bed with fabric frame on the way in and scraped the frame. However, a discount was given for this damage, and communication was overall good. I was concerned to be told by the delivery staff that GST would be added for a bank transfer, suggesting that tax isn't paid on all moves for this business.

Family Movers did a fantastic job helping me move from a two storey CBD apartment to Mt Wellington. The team were punctual and had good communication before the moving day. They gave me options for our preferred vehicle size, used tiedowns for the bed and used blankets to protect wooden surfaces which we appreciated. Recommended and thanks for the help.
