Thoroughly disappointed with communication and overall result. Nikhil was helpful to a point, but also kept changing the agreement. Very hard to establish a clear and final arrangement with them. Also quite underwhelmed by the crew, their slow pace, lateness (30 minutes) and physical ability to move large heavy things. I specifically asked for a truck, but they used a van.

Our team attempted to contact you at 7:10 am due to being delayed by Auckland traffic, but received no response. Additionally, the heavy machinery was not included in the initial list, so our crew improvised by manually handling it. Despite these challenges, we ensured all items were moved for you.
