I am very surprised and disappointed with this feedback as I made every effort to handle the job professionally and resolve your concerns. Before leaving, I asked you to check the property thoroughly and no issue regarding the washing machine was raised at that time.

Once you later informed me, I also offered to return at my own cost to assist and resolve the matter. In addition, I provided a discount in good faith, which was agreed upon, and I accepted a lower payment than the original quoted amount even it went completely my fault .

Given the efforts made to assist and resolve the situation professionally, I feel this review does not fairly reflect the overall service provided.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The agreement underwent changes as you added and removed machinery and equipment. Our team attempted to contact you at 7:10 am due to being delayed by Auckland traffic, but received no response. Additionally, the heavy machinery was not included in the initial list, so our crew improvised by manually handling it. Despite these challenges, we ensured all items were moved for you.
