Everything was ok, just comms could be better in terms of advising of delivery day and time more than 10 minutes ahead.

If you want cheap transport, yes they are the ones to choose but if you after good communication and updates NOT recommended. I left several messages but no reply. I was always asking for an update but at the end had to call to company for an update. Also ETA changed without any communication 10am to 2.45pm. Overall I am happy but very hard with communication.

Communication on this one was really not that good. Things got delayed because of the interruption to the Cook Strait Ferry. But with the job taking around a month, more updates and responses to request for updates would have been helpful. The key to the unit was an added complexity and WiseMove were helpful in picking up and returning the key, so that was appreciated.

Bad services, no notification with picking up and delivery, took long time to delivered and car came with scratches(EXCLUDE THE ONE THAT ALREADY EXISTED).

Took weeks longer than planned. Did not advise on arrival date until close to delivery. In the end arrived in good condition. Disappointing overall

Communication was fine until money was handed over. I then did not hear from express movers at all, for another five days. This included multiple attempts via various communication methods.
Pick up date changed. Drop off date changed. Luckily it did not affect me but the keys were not left in the vehicle at drop off? I can’t understand how that happens, they were dropped off later that afternoon though thankfully.
I can’t speak for how the car was handled as I haven’t seen it myself yet, I can only hope it was treated better than I was as a customer.

Had my car transported from Christchurch to Auckland. Door to door service, very reasonable price. Quick communication and easy to deal with. Highly recommend and I would definitely use their services again if needed.

The booking process was excellent. However, the agreed pick was missed, and I was not informed. After I chased the company, they then mentioned we had not paid ( we had - but if any doubt, why wait until 11th hour??)
So despite having heaps of notice, and a confirmation 2 full weeks prior, I was having to follow up at the last minute.
Once the vehicle was collected, the delivery to site, and communication around the delivery was on point.
