When we initially quoted the job, we estimated the volume based on the information provided (22 cubic meters). However, upon arriving, we found that the volume of your items was closer to 32 cubic meters, requiring additional time, labor, and resources to complete the job. We did offer to adjust the price accordingly, which you agreed to, understanding the extra effort involved.

After the move, unfortunately, the additional payment was not made, and instead, we received this review. We understand that the change in price was unexpected, and we did our best to resolve the situation amicably.

Regarding the Wise Move platform, we want to clarify that the cancellation mentioned was a misunderstanding. It was not intentional, and we apologize for any confusion caused. Our goal has always been to complete the job to your satisfaction and uphold the professionalism we strive for.
