Better care/wrapping of furniture and refrigerator needed to avoid damage that occurred. Inspection of goods at property when quoting would also be beneficial.

Did a great job. Pleasant, efficient and professional. The only problem in communication was that I assumed the carrier was going directly to the delivery address after pickup (I should have asked) and I was left feeling concerned as I waited several hours for delivery.
