I have cannot speak highly enough of both the management and operational team at Eastern Express. They went far above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my geniuinely complex and multi-part move was delivered without me having to raise a sweat, physically or mentally. They dealt with very challenging logistics and awkward, heavy and precious antique pieces, moving them smoothly and safely. When obstacles came up, the team calmly regrouped and cracked solutions to deliver on time in full for me as the client where others would simply have walked away and left me in the lurch (as others have - this is not my first Rodeo). Plus all of this delivered with smiles on their faces. If only every supplier was like this - customer-centric, showing absolute pride in their job and the results they deliver, quick on their feet, polite and with a 'can-do' attitude from start to finish - life would be made much easier! Akmal was great! Running late because of a disorganised mover prior to us but communicated this perfectly. Super efficient, friendly and went above our expectations. Would 100% recommend!

Maruf was great to deal with, we had to adjust days after our initial booking and he made it easy with great communication. Moved our whole office with ease. Will definitely use again!

If you don't mind that after you carefully supervised that your belongings were being positioned in a way that was secured for a 6hrs trip and then without telling you they change all your stuff to another truck and a few things get damage just then I'll recommend. Positive things they are punctual and responsive to messages but not very good communicating and price is fair.

Akmal made everything as easy as possible, and the lads that turned up in the truck were puntual and smashed out the work. Much appreciated.

Highly recommend, very easy to deal with, turned up on time and mpve goods safely but efficiently.

They were amazing arrived slightly early but went straight into work getting everything in. With moving the stuff onto the 7th floor they did great at moving everything up the elevator efficiently and safely.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. They had to do a second trip as I have underestimated the amount of stuff that we had to move, but they just said okay and delivered the best work! Gone above and beyond expectations—I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Booked 3 men & a truck to take a 2 bed unit. Proper to loving date we were told the truck was being serviced and a smaller truck would be used. Only 2 men turned up. Neither spoke English.

It took 1.5 hours to load the truck and everything was moved within 3 hours (noting we were moving 5 minutes up the road).

Happy it’s all over without any major incident.

Amazing team! They were fast and efficient. Taking great care with our belongings! Honestly didn't think everything would fit but they where so good at packing the truck it seemed effortless.
10/10 would Tetris with them again.
