Friendly, means well, but lacks professionalism, lacks good business process, willing to do the talking and make the phonecall to show up to address the issue but didn't read/liaise with admin/office about the email I had already provided with clear pictures and information about a damage that occurred. I would expect a moving company would have a clear process in place for all employees to address and provide information to the customer as required. Employee offered to pay for damage himself, which I thought was 'nice' but also strange as I would expect moving companies to have insurances and a clear processes in place to manage these things. generally i don't leave bad reviews online as i like to support local businesses as much as possible but i don't like the amount of extra time and work I've had to put into this situation, i wanted to avoid that by paying for professionals.

I'm really surprised you wrote this after Mark called you to advise we were going to help resolve the damage to the TV.
The staff member should not of offered to pay for it as we do have processes in place. He never drops things and this was his first damage so he was feeling gutted.
We have a very high review score because we do fix damages and do a great job.
Sorry we weren't up to your expectation.
