The job get done quickly but the movers are not very careful while moving. So they leave a lot of scratch marks on the wall everywhere

Moving house with classic movers was so much easy. Really appreciate the professionalism from the staff.

Sadly, I can't recommend anyone using this service. We had the following issues when using these guys:

1. Could not follow basic itinerary.
I provided them with a plan/Google map to load contents from my old house in Otahuhu, drop the old fridge off in Greenlane, pick up new fridge in One Tree Hill and finally unload contents in the new house on the North Shore. This was the most efficient route logistically speaking and maximised the amount of space available in the truck (i.e. not transporting old and new fridges at the same time). Instead of following the itinerary I gave them, they decided to pick up the new fridge before arriving at my old house to load up my contents. This resulted in them arriving late and the truck not being able to load the entirety of my contents.

2. Poor English skills. They could barely speak English. When I asked them questions about their itinerary mishap, they couldn't really answer me and decided to ignore me entirely. Although, they seemed to be fluent enough when it came to asking me to do things such as dismantling my furniture to make more space in the truck.

3. Poor handling of contents. My new fridge and coffee table received some new scratches. The fridge (with brushed stainless steel finished) was not covered with blankets which resulted in other objects coming into contact with the fridge door. I also saw them dropped my coffee table onto the footpath outside where it landed upside down. My garage shelving frames (which I kindly dismantled for them) also ended up being bent on the ends.

In summary, though the movers were nice enough guys, I wouldn't consider them to be professional. I can't in good faith recommend anyone to use their service unless they aren't worried about the condition of their contents when it arrives from point A to B.

Our furniture is white so easy to spot any damage, everything was wrapped with blankets and was transferred without damage.
