The guys were late turning up and then did not show a lot of care with our furniture. At the receiving end we ended up carting most of the furniture into the house.

The guys at classic move were instrumental in making our house move a success. Our new home was a challenge to get into with multiple levels of stairs and maneuvering required, and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. All items carefully packed in the truck and delivered with care, great communication and punctual - I highly recommend!

Great work happy with the workers

Our prior instruction of two address pickup wasn’t passed onto the drivers which wasn’t great. Not the drivers fault but wasn’t ideal for anyone.

There was a mix up with the booking and so the movers didn't turn up when I expected them to, but when I rang the guy I spoke to was able to get a crew to come later in the day (about 6 or more hours later). I'd suggest ringing after booking to ensure it's definitely been booked in.

The two who came didn't have the right trolleys (I think they'd been pulled in at the last minute) and I did have to guide them on a few things, however - they did a really good job and did exactly as I instructed. They were lovely, polite and eager to do a good job. They took extra care with my fridge/freezer (I was paranoid they'd dent it but it was transported without a scratch) and made sure everything was unloaded and in the house where they needed to be. The boys were great and the job got done, but the booking mishap meant the rest of my moving schedule for the rest of the week was behind.

Great guys. Did amazing Job!

No communication leading up to the move. Texted twice no response, called on the morning of the move as had no contact. Tried to tell me I provided the wrong contact number which I most definitely didn’t. Truck turned up on time, however no one told them they couldn’t park down the driveway which they weren’t happy about. Luckily we had people to help load the truck otherwise it would have taken hours, ended up having 5 of us loading the truck and using our hand trolleys too as the didn’t really have one. Smashed a window at the new house, no offer to fix or pay, but still expected payment from me at the end of the job. Would not use again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrendous customer service on the day of my move, Harjit was extremely rude to me (female with baby in arms) but when my partner came as I didn’t feel safe, he all of a sudden changed his attitude. They damaged the property (gouged front door, balustrade and my furniture) and said I didn’t have any evidence of them doing it and denied it happening, also said they are not liable for this kind of damage anyway as their insurance apparently doesn’t cover it. I am proceeding with legal action due to negligence and no willingness to even communicate in a nice manner. I’ve never left a review and don’t encounter these types of problems, but feel compelled in this instance to let you know my experience. Stay clear.

They are very punctual and very professional for moving the stuff. And it is on reasonable price. Would recommend friends and family members.

Time booked had to change unfortunately but the job was done efficiently. Lovely team :)
