They showed up 2 hours later than agreed. No communication. I tried to contact them several times before they finally answered. No apology offered, they just said driver was late, than that was miscommunication between the movers.
When they finally showed up, movers were not aware what needs to be done, althought I confirmed in email and text when I arranged the job.
They didn't have tools to dismantle the furniture, although I specifically asked if they can do it before I booked the job. The truck was smaller than the one advertised, so they had to do it in two loads.
I still paid full price, as I just wanted to be done. I also had to pay for additional day for the property that I moved out from as I didn't have time to clean it due to them being late.
