Things begun well and all timings were met with delivery to destination in good time. Unfortunately, 1 item was damaged on arrival which was not indicated to me by the Movers. I had to inform them later after discovering this and the situation was handled accordingly by the Manager. Overall, a very good company and service despite the incident, hence the lower ratings indicated. Well done and thank you for your service and co-operation.
