Boardman Transport and Removals

For reasons not necessarily due to Boardman Transport it took a long time to collect and then deliver our sofas. they took good care of them and they arrived in good condition. I would have appreciated more communication with the vendor around pick up.

Matt was really good and awesome to deal with biggest down fall was we were quoted 2 men to help with removal as some heavy lifting was required however only Matt turned up lucky we had 2 men on our side that could help overwise movement wouldn't of got done. Thanks Matt

Thanks for the delivery - appreciate you getting them here safe and sound. If pickup is not going to happen on the scheduled day, or be late, would be nice to know that in advance of the scheduled time, and ideally via the mobile/text numbers provided for those notifications, rather than email. It all worked out in the end though, so thanks.

Great communication, price and service. Highly recommend.

The delivery men were 100% kind and very helpful. No issues with them and how the delivery was handled. One thing I'd like to point out though is the quote. I was quoted $125 for this job but ended up paying $250. I felt misled by the payment information of Wise Move which I assumed the intent was for customers to know the upfront cost.
